This large basement in Guiseley, West Yorkshire is part of a large development to an old Victorian building. The Victorian basement conversion was undertaken in conjunction with a large extension to the two floors above. The floor was lowered considerably, however this posed the problem of a very high water table. There was a sump pump fitted in the basement with an XL chamber with dual pumps allowing for more water build up before the motors kick in. The area was fully tanked and screened and then converted into this luxury space.
